Chinese New Year is definitely an occasion everyone is looking forward to especially the Chinese. Even though I’m not really a big fan of Chinese New Year, I must admit that this year’s Chinese New Year meant a lot to me with all the good companies I had, although I had to start working on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year *smile*
Although I started real early compared to you guys, it wasn’t as busy as the normal days. I didn’t have to run around like headless chicken *lol* (private joke for those who follows my facebook activities – if you are not, do join me there by following this link: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Jzelynn/42338556614. I run contests there every now and then so do dropby for some goodies from me and my sponsors).
We were invited to a friend’s open house the day before Chap Goh Meh (15th day of Chinese New Year which also marks the end of the celebration). I made a lot of new friends there and bump into some old ones as well. I also met a very nice lady – who doesn’t know Datuk Khatijah Ibrahim, the famous singer. A very sweet humble lady to have around 🙂 As usual she looks hot as ever 🙂
Datuk Khatijah Ibrahim is gonna have a charity concert with her friends such as Roy and others on 6th of March, 2010 @ UM, KL 8pm. Do make yourself free on that night and attend it if possible ya *smile*
